Catshill and North Marlbrook Parish Council endeavour to ensure all Meeting and Committees are held on the dates agreed. In the event that an alteration needs to be made, a notification will be made on the website.
All Committees and Meetings are open to the public and include an Open Forum item that allows comment from any Member of the Public present.
Agendas are posted on Notice Boards and the website with 3 clear days notice.
Draft minutes will be made available online within one calendar month of the meeting or Committee. Lawful signed hard copies are available for viewing in the Parish Office following the next meeting of the relevant Committee.
