A CHRISTMAS luncheon was held by Catshill And North Marlbrook Parish Council for elderly residents of the villages.
All residents were given a raffle ticket on entry and the prize of £50 was won by Ruby Wilkes.
Everyone also received a gift from Father Christmas.
Coun Shirley Webb said: “I was privileged to help out, everyone enjoyed their Christmas meal and entertainment and there was lots of seasonal singing.
“Many thanks to everyone for all their help, driving people to the hall, Carol arranging the cooking, Jill Bates and Neil Ward from the parish council for their wonderful organising skills along with other parish councillors and volunteers.
“Without their help today would not have been possible.
“It was a wonderful community event. Merry Christmas to all.”
