Parish Plans Update: June 2008

A Parish Plan is how a community sees itself developing in the next few years.

A Parish Plan should:-

* Reflect the views of all sections of the community;

* Identify which features and local characteristics people value;

* Identify local problems and opportunities;

* Spell out how residents want the community to develop in the future;

* Prepare a plan of action to achieve this vision.

Thank you to everyone who kindly completed the questionnaire that was distributed last year. Your replies have been useful and will contribute to the process of creating a plan.

Where we go from here:-

A Draft Parish Plan has now been created, and was distributed at the highly popular Catshill Fun Day, which took place on the Meadow in Catshill on Saturday 21st June 2008.
